4,000 years ago there was a powerful, progressive, and incredibly wealthy city. It developed into one of the greatest cities in the world. The streets were paved, numerous gates led into the walled city that had over 250 towers that were at least 100 meters high. This is where modern writing and mathematics were invented. Ferries, roads, and drawbridges ensured efficient transport, and the mythical Hanging Gardens were a feat of engineering and were one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

The city's wealth was unimaginable. The people created impressive works of art out of gold, there was a golden image of Baal, a beautiful table that was supposedly made of 22,000 kilos of pure gold, with a golden lion and a golden statue of Man. The majestic Royal Palace was the largest ever built in world history.

Babylon used to exist in what is now modern-day Iraq. Everyone has heard of Babylon, or at least of the tallest tower in the world at that time, known as the Tower of Babel.

But how did the incredible rise and dramatic fall of Babylon and the Babylonian Empire come about?

Manchester City produced a blistering performance to dismantle Manchester United in the 188th Manchester derby.

Erling Haaland and Phil Foden both scored hat-tricks, with City running out 6-3 winners in front of a packed Etihad crowd.

The champions were 4-0 ahead at half-time after two goals apiece from Foden and Haaland, as United struggled to cope with the speed of of our football.

Antony got one back for the visitors early in the second half with a fine curling effort.

But Haaland and Foden completed their trebles to put City 6-1 up, before Anthony Martial's close-range header and late penalty reduced the deficit.

It was yet another historic day at the Etihad that will live long in the memory of those in attendance.

Asked by a paparazzi about his recent altercation with Raz B, after which Chris allegedly sent his bodyguards after the star instead of dealing with his issues himself, he actually strikes the paparazzo's camera. Hey, don't you realize you're on probation, fool? Wanna go back to the slammer? Moments later, one of his groupies threatens to break a photographer's camera.

Another pap asks what his beef is with Raz-B, and Brown blabbers out, "Y'all niggaz are queenies," prompting yet another photographer to question if Brown also issues with the gay community.

We're not sure, but if Mr. Chris winds up violently attacking someone else (maybe someone who's not female, this time?), we won't be surprised.

Manchester City remain in pole position in the Premier League after a thrilling top of the table clash with Liverpool ended in a 2-2 draw.
The result means Pep Guardiola’s men retain our one-point lead over the Reds ahead of the final seven games, having been unable to find a winner in a captivating contest that lived up to its big game billing.
